Dr. Al-Chaer is the founder of the Center for Democracy in
Lebanon.
He is a lawyer, a scientist and a democracy advocate. An activist
for peace and democracy in Lebanon since 1984, he is holder of doctoral degrees
in law, philosophy and medical sciences, a University Professor in the USA, and
author of numerous articles on the working of the Human brain, legal and
political reform and democracy in the Middle East. He is recipient of many
honors and awards in Law and Science including the Highest Grade Award in
International Law by Delta Theta Phi, and the Inaugural Award in Foreign Policy
and International Law by the William J. Clinton Center for Public Service. |
